All orders that include Scriptures or other sealed spiritual materials are non-refundable once the seal has been broken or the package has been opened.

This policy is in place for the following reasons:

  • To maintain the qodesh (set-apart) condition of the Scriptures.

  • To ensure that every recipient receives an unopened and unhandled copy.

  • To prevent any potential tampering, defacement, or misuse of the sacred texts.

πŸ“¬ Returns on Damaged Items (Unopened Only)

If your order arrives damaged or defective, and the Scriptures are still sealed, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will gladly assist in replacing the product.

To qualify:

  • The damage must have occurred during shipping.

  • You must provide photo evidence of the damage.

  • The Scriptures must remain unopened and in their original packaging.

  • Opened Scriptures are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange under any circumstances.

  • We do not offer refunds for orders due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect ordering, or misunderstanding of product contents.

  • All sales are final once processed and shipped.
